I also offer online and telephone counselling to those who prefer to meet remotely. Concessions are available with limited spaces. Please get in touch for more information.
A space to heal
As a qualified and experienced counsellor, I offer a safe and confidential space where clients can process difficulties and explore feelings without being judged. My aim is to provide a therapeutic experience where individuals can feel valued and their story is listened to.
I have extensive experience in working with adults as well as with children and young people, both in my private practice and through my commitment to various charities. In the past few years I have been working as school and community-based young people counsellor for Blaenau-Gwent Youth Services in South Wales.
Counselling is not only a space to talk, sometimes it’s easier to express ourselves through art and creativity; in my practice there is a wide variety of materials, and different therapeutic techniques can be used – art, music, puppetry and sand tray.
During these challenging times however, some clients cannot meet in person for various reasons, or simply prefer the remote modality. I have a long experience of online counselling and I offer video (Zoom and VSee) as well as telephone sessions.
Please visit also my page about Walk&Talk. I've always been interested in outdoors counselling and I now offer therapeutic sessions in the stunning environment of the Brecon Beacons.
I am a BACP member and I adhere to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice. I am also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office for data protection and I am committed to Continual Professional Development.
